With over 35 years of recruitment experience across , contingency, retained and outsourced recruitment, we set up IRG in 2019 with ambitions to help fast growing SMEs and businesses hire more effectively, saving them time and money in the process.

We pride ourselves on getting to know every aspect of our clients and candidates to ensure that we provide a service which is second to none. We have helped hundreds of clients grow at scale and supported thousands of applicant's career ambitions.

Like any good business, we regularly like to review our aims and goals in line with our company values. Whilst we want to continue to improve and grow, we have ambitions to do some good in the world, be one of the good guys and give back to society. As a result, we have teamed up with Mind and Make-A-Wish to donate 2.5% of revenue, in order to support their amazing work.
