About Us

With over 35 years of recruitment experience across , contingency, retained and outsourced recruitment, we set up IRG in 2019 with ambitions to help fast growing SMEs and businesses hire more effectively, saving them time and money in the process.

We pride ourselves on getting to know every aspect of our clients and candidates to ensure that we provide a service which is second to none. We have helped hundreds of clients grow at scale and supported thousands of applicant's career ambitions.

Like any good business, we regularly like to review our aims and goals in line with our company values. Whilst we want to continue to improve and grow, we have ambitions to do some good in the world, be one of the good guys and give back to society. As a result, we have teamed up with Mind and Make-A-Wish to donate 2.5% of revenue, in order to support their amazing work.

Our Values

When we launched IRG, we wanted to have a set of guiding principles that underpin what we do and how we operate. Collectively, we feel that the values of honesty, integrity, trust and transparency should embody how we want to develop IRG, the people within, the services we provide, and the sort of clients that we want to do business with.

Our Charities

We are passionate about giving back to society and feel very privileged to work with two incredible charities which are close to our hearts. We have pledged to donate 2.5% percent of our turnover to Mind and Make-A-Wish.

Furthermore, we pledge to donate 20% of the first fee for all new clients to our partner charities, giving you yet more reason to get in touch and discuss how we begin our journey together.

"2020", has been a year of anxiety and uncertainty. Many people need support more than ever before. We have partnered with Mind to raise money so they can continue to provide vital mental health support services and information to those experiencing a mental health problem.

Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness, and promote understanding.

"We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone"

Every day, the lives of 10 families in the UK are changed forever when a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting condition. From the moment that news sinks in, the innocence of childhood and the simple pleasures of family life are replaced by worry, treatment, routine appointments, financial issues and isolation.

Those children and their families need hope - something positive to look forward to. By supporting Make-A-Wish, you help to provide that hope, as well as memories to be treasured through the tough times ahead.
